Due to the delay in FAFSA data being supplied to the University of Oregon, the UO is extending the confirmation deadline to June 1, 2024, for first-year students admitted for fall 2024. We are also extending the priority FAFSA filing deadline to April 1, 2024, for all UO students.

How to Apply

Submit application and fee

Use the online UO applicationdownload the PDF, or complete the Common Application (freshmen only) and pay the nonrefundable $75 (USD) application fee.

Show English proficiency

Provide official exam results from the TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo English Test, SAT, or ACT to prove your English proficiency. Applicants from China and other nearby countries are encouraged to interview with InitialView.

Send official documents

Send official transcripts from all high schools and universities attended, as well as a bank statement, certificate of deposit, or scholarship letter equal to the cost of one academic year.

Cost and Scholarships
