The University of Oregon uses a holistic review process when making our admissions decisions. Though academic performance is important, we also consider strength of curriculum, English proficiency, grade trend, and other factors.

Freshman admission

For admission consideration, students from the Namibian education system should have passed five academic subjects with a minimum of 25 points on the SpLD Assessment Standards Committee (SASC), passed two A-level subjects and five General Certificate of Secondary Education (GCSE) subjects (including English and math), or passed English, math, and three additional academic subjects on the GCSE with a combined minimum average of B.

If your secondary school uses a different grading scale, please contact us.
