Once you have attended the UO, you do not need to reapply for admission after an absence unless you left because of an academic disqualification or have received a degree from another school after you last attended the UO. However, if you have been away for more than three terms (excluding summers), you will need to reactivate your admission status by filing a reenrollment application. Once you have submitted the form, you will be able to register for the upcoming term as a continuing student.
You can download the reenrollment application from the website of the UO Office of the Registrar.
If You've Applied but Never Attended the UO
You must resubmit the application for admission to be considered for a new term. If your new application is submitted for a term within the same academic year (fall, winter, or spring term), the application fee does not need to be resubmitted. If the new application is submitted for the next fall term or later, the application fee must be paid again. Applications and supporting documents are kept for one calendar year.
