Campus Visits

The best way to decide if the UO is right for you is to check it out yourself. Schedule a visit, attend a special visit event, or check out the virtual tour.

The Office of Admissions is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We hold admission information sessions at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday in the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art and on Wednesday and Friday in the Knight Library Browsing Room. On Saturdays, the information session is held at 9:30 a.m. in Oregon Hall, on the corner of 13th Avenue and Agate Street. Check the campus map to find Oregon Hall, the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, and the Knight Library.

Campus Tours

90 minute campus walking tours cover the main campus and are offered each weekday at 9:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. beginning on the first floor of Oregon Hall. On Saturdays, tours begin at 10:30 a.m. and leave from Oregon Hall. Accommodations for people with disabilities or others who need assistance will be provided if requested in advance. Campus tours conclude at the locations of the admission information session. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, the tour concludes at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art. Wednesday and Friday, the tour concludes at the Knight Library Browsing Room.

Parking on campus is extremely limited. Please arrive early for the campus tour and information session to allow time to find parking. By visiting the kiosk on 13th Avenue between Agate and University streets, you can purchase a pass for a designated visitor parking space. Note that if you park in a spot designated as "reserved" or fail to add money to a parking meter, your car is likely to be ticketed or towed.
