Join the UO Office of Admissions at a reception for prospective students to learn more about becoming a Duck and to celebrate the Oregon football team competing in the Rose Bowl. Enjoy refreshments, meet university representatives, chat with other prospective students and families, and learn what it’s like to be a UO student. Attend the event and you'll be entered for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the big game on New Years Day!

Rose Parade
Watch as the Ducks parade through Pasadena in this exciting New Years Day tradition. Whether you attend in person or experience the spectacle along with millions of live TV viewers, celebrate your Oregon spirit. Cheer on the Duck, cheerleaders, and the Oregon Marching Band—the fun begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific.
Service Project
We have a longstanding tradition of organizing a volunteer service project to benefit and connect with the local community as we travel to each bowl game. This year’s service project on December 31 will support the senior nutrition programs at the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank, which provides monthly food kits for low-income seniors. More information about this project will be available at the reception.
