Our application is available in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), which must be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download and install it for free at www.adobe.com.

Unfortunately, the free version of Acrobat won't let you save a partially finished electronic form. If you can't fill it out in one sitting, print a practice copy of the application. Fill it out by hand. Then enter that information when you have time to do it all at once, using the Adobe form fill-in feature.

International Students please use the international undergraduate application.

Note: If you have trouble downloading or viewing the application, try right-clicking on the link and choosing "Save Link As/Save Target As" from the menu that appears. This downloads the complete file to your computer and allows you to view it without your browser.

If you have applied for financial aid you may choose to submit an Oregon University System fee deferral form in place of the application fee.
